Sonoma, CA
Stanton Architecture renovated the existing restaurant at the Lodge in Sonoma, into a new dining opportunity for the Michael Mina team. SA focused on opening up the interior, while creating distinct dining experiences throughout the expansive restaurant. A relaxed cocktail lounge with comfortable seating and new interior fireplace was introduced adjacent to the reimagined cocktail bar. The open cookline and wood fired pizza oven received a refresh to ensure the adjacent rejuvenated dining room experience was consistent throughout the restaurant. Built in banquettes, local art, and custom lighting bring an intimate feel to this expansive interior.
The Stanton team assisted in completely redesigning the outdoor patio space. The crushed rock patio and garden was reimagined with new pavers. Fountains, firepits, a new dining trellis and bocce ball court now make it the ideal location for small groups and gatherings. The redesigned restaurant is now a comfortable Sonoma oasis bringing a lovely dining experience to this beautifully brightened space.
