Situated in Sonoma's wine country, blocks away from the plaza square, this renovation project updated an aging retreat lodge. The Lodge is a delightful destination getaway, just a bike ride away from the local vineyards and wineries. SA's work included executing a vast property improvement plan and converting the hotel into one of the newest Autograph collection hotels.

The improvements included a thoughtful reconcepting of the guest experience in the interior and exterior public spaces. Trellises, communal fire pits, updated interiors, and an improved food and beverage program were added to the property. SA and team refreshed the pool experience and created a dramatic entrance procession circulating the new Oak Leaf sculpture situated on a glassy pool of water.

Select guestrooms received revised interiors but SA's works focused on enhancing the existing cottage guest rooms with a series of exterior fireplaces and luxurious outdoor tubs. Guests can indulge with these new features in their private patios to enjoy everything Sonoma has to offer.
