The Hyatt Place at 701 3rd Street is a 230 room, 120,000 square feet full service hotel located near Oracle Park in San Francisco.  The LEED Platinum project includes vegetated roofs, a grey water system, and highly sustainable mechanical systems. There is a public courtyard at the ground level and roof decks for hotel guests on the 9th and 12th levels. This Hyatt Place hotel was recently completed in February of 2019.
