The Hotel Spero renovation included the renovation of 236 guestrooms as well as public spaces, most notable, the hotel lobby. The interiors of the lobby, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, showcases the hotel's original hand painted frescos and newly restored marble floors.  Stanton ensured the design of the lobby was respectful to the historic charm of its original materials while showcasing a fresh new interior.
