HOTEL ZEPPELIN

San Francisco, CA

Hotel Zeppelin (formerly the Prescott Hotel, built in 1913), is a historic resource identified by the Foundation for San Francisco Architectural Heritage.  It is an unusual hotel that has four floors of guestrooms above the adjacent 555 Post Street building so two separate buildings with two separate aging infrastructure systems had to be reconciled.  The SA remodel included replacing all guestroom baths and reconfiguring the floors to add 32 additional guestrooms to the hotel.  The public spaces of the hotel were completely remodeled.
