Stanton Architecture was integral to the transformative remodel of Hotel Nikko, modernizing 425 of its 533 guestrooms and revitalizing key public areas in honor of the hotel’s 30th anniversary. The project included a significant voluntary seismic retrofit, enhancing the property’s safety and resilience. As part of a comprehensive infrastructure and technology upgrade, Stanton ensured the hotel meets modern standards while preserving its signature elegance.

The renovation was executed in just three and a half months, during which Hotel Nikko temporarily closed to allow for efficient construction and a seamless grand reopening. The result is a sophisticated, technology-forward hotel offering enhanced guest experiences, blending contemporary design with the luxury and exceptional service that defines Hotel Nikko.
