San Carlos, CA

777 Industrial is an adaptive reuse of an automobile showroom in San Carlos, California. The project will convert the existing showroom into a four story, 165,000 sf laboratory and office. The project will retain the existing ground floor parking and level 2 slab but the building will receive a two-level addition along with an updated facade design. As part of the project improvements, an expansive five-story open atrium is introduced along the north facade, anchoring the building entrance. A roof deck will provide sweeping views of the coastal hills and a five-story car stacker will meet parking demands for the site.
