Key architectural improvements included optimizing the building layout with a reconfigured circulation core featuring a new elevator and two egress stairs, creating a welcoming building lobby, and adding a mezzanine level with amenities such as showers and additional restrooms. The interior finishes were upgraded to achieve a clean, modern aesthetic, while the ground floor was reconfigured to streamline parking and loading zones, enhancing tenant accessibility and operational efficiency.
